PT Sarinah is highly committed to implementing integrated GCG throughout its business processes to prevent violations of ethics and applicable regulations or laws committed by PT Sarinah employees.

To achieve this, PT Sarinah has developed a Whistle Blowing System, which is a system that manages reports of violations, unlawful acts, or unethical/inappropriate acts, and/or other acts that may harm the Company, both those that have occurred and those that may occur within PT Sarinah.

PT Sarinah encourages all stakeholders within the Company to participate in enforcing the implementation of GCG by reporting matters that are not in accordance with company regulations or applicable laws and regulations through the Whistle Blowing System, which is accessible to all parties, both employees and the public.

Reports will be processed confidentially and independently by the PT Sarinah WBS Team. The WBS manager guarantees the confidentiality of reporters and ensures that reports are resolved in accordance with applicable regulations.
