Whistleblowing System Principle

The guidelines and system for reporting suspected violations (Whistleblowing) are comprehensively regulated in the Joint Regulation of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of PT Sarinah No. PER-1-Dekom/IV/2025, No: 0011/DIREKSI/PD/IV/2025 Regarding: Guidelines on Integrity, Transparency, and Compliance in the Implementation of Governance within PT Sarinah, including ;

The principles of whistleblowing system management are carried out with consideration of the following principles:

  • Promptly
    Reports of Alleged Violations submitted through the Whistleblowing System must be handled promptly within a reasonable time frame;
     
  • Communicative
    Communication with the Reporter for clarification, verification, and delivery of report developments is conducted professionally, effectively, and efficiently;
     
  • Confidential
    Within reasonable limits and with the best efforts, the confidentiality of the identity of the Reporter, the Reported Party, the report, and all supporting data shall be maintained, except where required by law for law enforcement;
     
  • Good Will
    Reports, report handling, follow-up actions, and the implementation of the Whistleblowing System in general are carried out in good will and are considered to be in good intent, meaning that reports are submitted and/or processed without prejudice, not out of revenge, not as slander, and not for personal gain;
     
  • Non-Discriminatory
    Every member of the Group, goods/service provider, and/or the general public may report violations that occur within the Company without receiving discriminatory treatment based on the status or position of the Reporter or the Reported Party;
     
  • Protected
    The company protects whistleblowers in terms of employment, physical safety, remuneration, and work facilities received by whistleblowers in good faith. In the case of unfair treatment and/or actions that are not in accordance with applicable regulations, such treatment/actions occur as a result of the report submitted.
     
  • Confidentiality
    The Company protects the confidentiality of the identity of Reporters in good faith, reports, and all other data related to Reports submitted through the WBS.
