Whistleblowing System Principle

The guidelines and system for reporting suspected violations (Whistleblowing) are comprehensively regulated in the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Sarinah No. 043/KPTS/DIREKSI/XI/2019, which was approved on November 6, 2019.

These guidelines include:

  1. Deviations from applicable laws and regulations;
  2. Abuse of position for other interests outside the Company;
  3. Extortion;
  4. Fraudulent Acts;
  5. Conflict of Interest;
  6. Gratuities;
  7. Violation of Ethics and Immoral Conduct;
  8. Violation of Discipline;
  9. Corruption; and
  10. Reports deemed necessary for the continuity of the Company's business.
