Modest Luxe Arrives at Sarinah, Strengthening Indonesia's Modest Fashion Ecosystem Ahead of Ramadan–Raya 2026

Jakarta, February 2026 – Entering its 15th year as a leading media platform in the halal lifestyle segment, Scarf Media continues to support various activities that drive economic growth within the halal ecosystem. One subsector with significant potential both in Indonesia and globally is modest and muslim fashion.



As a manifestation of this commitment, Scarf Media presents Modest Luxe Ramadan – Raya 2026, a specially curated concept store set to officially open at Sarinah.

As Indonesia's first department store now transformed into a cultural experience center, Sarinah continues to strengthen its role as a meeting point for culture, creativity, and commerce. The presence of Modest Luxe curated by Scarf Media forms part of Sarinah's commitment to fostering a local fashion ecosystem that is relevant, inclusive, and globally competitive.

The President Director of PT Sarinah, Raisha Syarfuan, shared that this collaboration aligns with Sarinah's vision to become Indonesia's premier cultural hub, celebrating the diversity of its heritage through commerce and creativity.

"We see modest fashion not merely as a trend, but as a representation of identity and the strength of Indonesia's creative industry. The presence of Modest Luxe at Sarinah is hoped to serve as a showcase for the finest works of the nation's talents, while also helping local brands break into the global market," she said.

The Modest Luxe concept store will be located on the 2nd Floor of Sarinah Thamrin. Visitors were able to attend during the soft opening period from February 18–23, 2026, with the grand opening held on February 24, 2026.

According to Temi Sumarlin, CEO of Scarf Media Indonesia, Modest Luxe is envisioned as a home for modest and muslim fashion brands of premium quality, while also serving as an industry showcase on par with international market expectations. Looking ahead, Modest Luxe is also hoped to serve as an umbrella for Scarf Media's trade missions abroad.

More than 25 modest and muslim fashion brands will participate, including lifestyle products such as bags, prayer sets, reed diffusers, perfumes, shoes, and a variety of accessories to complete the look for Muslim women welcoming Raya 2026. Notable brands featured at Modest Luxe include Ria Miranda, KAMI, Jenna and Kaia, Taza, Heart Troops, by Ayu Dhyah Andari, MYMD, NASL, Nagita Slavina, Parte, Napocut, and many more.

The grand opening on February 24, 2026 will be highlighted by a trunk show featuring collections from Modest Luxe tenants, intended to serve as a mix-and-match reference for Raya 2026. Throughout the period of March 24–31, 2026, a series of events will also be held, ranging from community meet-ups, a Mix and Match Raya Collection showcase, to the Grand Final of Face of Muslimah 2026 presented by Modest Luxe.

This collaboration not only delivers a curated shopping experience, but also reinforces Sarinah's position as a premier destination for premium local products, particularly during the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr season.
