Bandung, 14 November 2025 – Sarinah stands with 14 state-owned companies that are working together to implement the Development Program for Micro and Small Enterprise Beneficiaries through the Sarinah Pandu program in Bandung. This program is attended by 83 assisted MSME partners in Bandung, aiming to strengthen the capacity, independence, and sustainability of MSMEs receiving Micro and Small Business Funding.
The 14 state-owned companies participating in the development program through Sarinah Pandu include Perum Damri, Perum Percetakan Uang Republik Indonesia, PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia, PT ASABRI (Persero), PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia, PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia, Indonesia Financial Group, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Jasa Marga Tbk, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero), PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), PT TASPEN, and PT Telkom (Persero) Tbk. This collaboration is carried out to provide fundamental training for the assisted partners in various aspects of business management through the one-day Sarinah Pandu program.
President Director of PT Sarinah, Raisha Syarfuan, emphasized that the Sarinah Pandu program is designed to provide concrete guidance that can be directly applied by small business actors. “As a Cultural Experience Center, Sarinah is committed to delivering development programs that genuinely address the fundamental needs of small business owners. Through the Sarinah Pandu program, we ensure that participants gain practical understanding ranging from business legality and brand identity strengthening to strategies for engaging with customers. This collaboration with 14 state-owned companies provides even stronger support for MSMEs to grow more independently, with clearer direction, and better readiness to compete,” Raisha stated.
Throughout the program, participants took part in a series of intensive training sessions delivered by several speakers, covering topics such as business legality and certification, marketing and branding strategies, and customer engagement in business development. This training serves as an essential foundation in strengthening MSME capacity to create sustainable economic value while also delivering tangible benefits to the surrounding community.
Through this training, participants gained new insights that broadened their perspectives on managing their businesses more strategically. The two-way interactions throughout the sessions further enriched their experience, giving them the opportunity to exchange views on the various challenges they face in their daily business operations.
One of the participants, Siti Ruminah, an MSME business owner from Bandung, expressed her gratitude to the state-owned company for organizing the development program through Sarinah Pandu, and emphasized her commitment to applying the knowledge, experience, and funding she received to strengthen her business.
“I would like to thank the state-owned company for supporting us through the Micro and Small Business Funding and for facilitating the implementation of the Sarinah Pandu program, which is highly meaningful for the continuity of our business. Through this program, we were able to share experiences with one another and gain new knowledge in managing our businesses. I hope that the insights and experiences we received can be applied to the growth of our businesses, while also enabling us to use the funding wisely to strengthen our small enterprises,” Siti said.
Through this collaborative program, PT Sarinah plays an active role in building a resilient, competitive, and culturally rooted small business ecosystem. This initiative serves as a strategic step in advancing the development of an inclusive and sustainable economic ecosystem.
