In regards to Heroes' Day on 10 November 2020, Sarinah carried out a simple campaign with the theme "Ucapkan Dengan Bunga"in honour development heroes from various circles such as medical workers, environmental workers, Indonesian National Armed Forces/Indonesian National Police, State-Owned Enterprises, educators, community protectors,among families or friends who have contributed to all of us, athletes and creative workers who make the nation proud.
Sarinah, which is undergoing a transformation as a locomotive and glue for MSMEs, also intends to support flower farmers who struggle because the tourism sector, events and celebrations, which are their most important markets, have been severely affected by this pandemic.
Sarinah provides one thousand and eleven roses that are beautifully packaged and distributed by all board of commissioners, directors and all employees and supported by Gojek, the leading on-demand and on-line transportation company in Indonesia.
Fetty Kwartati, President Director of PT Sarinah (Persero), emphasized that this campaign is one of the activation steps to complete the Sarinah transformation process apart from being a business entity and a social mandate, especially in supporting the welfare of MSMEs and national products. Furthermore, Fetty thanked all Sarinah people and hopes for the participation of the community and MSME colleagues in this appreciation movement that expected to continue on various other commemoration days.
